Our 30-day returns guarantee
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
If the item was damaged in transit
Any items that are damaged in transit and providing the shrink-wrap is intact, must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
Please note when returning an item we do not provide a free return service.

Note: in the event of Prophetic Guidance Productions sending you a replacement for a damaged or defective item, you must return the original item to Prophetic Guidance Productions within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
