These Terms and Conditions are applicable each time an order is placed from our website. Before proceeding with an order please make sure that you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions.

Ordering Goods

• Once an order is submitted you will receive an email confirmation of this order. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you.
• Should you wish to return any items, please review our Returns Policy for further information.

Order Acceptance

• When your order has been accepted by us, subject to availability. A contract will then be formed between us and the goods will be dispatched to you.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once we dispatch the goods to you.

Processing your orders and payment

• All orders will be processed through Paypal.

Prophetic Guidance Productions is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only store, use and disclose the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We do not collect any personal data from you without your knowledge and will only be used for the fulfilment of your order or enquiry.

We do not hold your credit/debit card information on our web-server and any personal information we do hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and UK law.

Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms).
